What Advox provides
A measurement service. Advox constructs conversations, plays them against ChatGPT, records which advertisements were served and reports what it found, with the sample size and confidence interval behind every figure.
What Advox does not provide
- Any control over where your advertising appears. Advox has no write access to your advertising account and applies nothing on your behalf.
- Blocking of any kind before an advertisement serves. There is no auction and no bid request on this inventory to inspect.
- A guarantee that a change you make will improve an outcome. Advox measures before and after; it does not promise the difference.
Accuracy and the limits of a sample
Every figure Advox reports is an estimate from a sample it constructed, not a census of real ChatGPT traffic, which nobody outside OpenAI has. Figures are reported with their interval, and a comparison is only stated where the intervals support it. You agree not to present an Advox figure without the sample size and interval that came with it.
Your account
Accounts are created from an access code we issue. You are responsible for who in your organisation you pass a code to, and for telling us when someone should no longer have access.
Confidentiality
What Advox measures about your brands is yours. Advox's assessments of other companies are not shared with you, and yours are not shared with them; the category benchmarks you see are pooled aggregates with a sample size attached.
Independence
Advox is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated in partnership with OpenAI.
