Draft, not yet reviewed. This page describes what Advox intends to do and has not been settled with a solicitor. It is not a contract, and it should be replaced before Advox takes a paying customer.

What Advox collects about you

If you ask for a demo we keep your name, email, employer, role and whatever you write in the form, so that we can reply and set up an audit. If you are given an account we keep your email address and which organisation you belong to. That is the whole list of personal data Advox holds about a person.

What Advox collects that is not about you

The measurement corpus is made of conversations Advox writes and plays against ChatGPT itself. They are not real users' conversations, they are not bought from a panel, and they contain no personal data belonging to anybody. This is the part most people assume works the other way round, so it is worth saying plainly: Advox does not observe your customers.

Who it is shared with

Nobody. Advox does not sell data, does not operate an advertising network and runs no third-party analytics or tracking on this site. The processors involved in running the service are our hosting provider, our database provider and our authentication provider; each holds data on our instructions only.

How long it is kept

Demo requests are kept until we have answered them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Account records are kept for as long as the organisation is a customer. Measurement data is kept indefinitely, because a finding that cannot be re-checked against what it was measured from is not evidence.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will act within one month.
